Shipping your Pupmigo
Delivery availability and shipping charges depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. Please make sure your delivery address and email are correct.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch and transit times vary by destination and product availability. For the current estimate, or if you need your bag for a specific date, contact greyfoxcommerce@fastmail.com before ordering. We do not guarantee a particular arrival date unless we expressly agree it with you.
We will notify you when your order is dispatched and provide available tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.
Delays and problems
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate solution. You do not need to buy an optional protection product to receive your legal delivery rights. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable law.
Where UK consumer law applies, orders must normally be delivered within 30 days unless another period was agreed. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery arrangement, your cancellation and refund rights remain available.
International orders
Any import taxes or duties that are not collected at checkout may be payable under local rules. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
Optional order extras
Shipping Protection adds a free replacement if your parcel is stolen after confirmed delivery. Contact greyfoxcommerce@fastmail.com within 30 days of the recorded delivery date with your order number and delivery details. It covers the Pupmigo backpacks in the order, once per order. It is optional with one backpack and included free with two or more.
You do not need Shipping Protection to receive help with goods lost or damaged before delivery. Your statutory delivery rights are unchanged.
Priority Processing moves your order ahead of standard orders in the packing queue and prioritises handover to the carrier. It is optional with one or two backpacks and included free with three or more. It does not include express shipping or guarantee a delivery date.
